2010 World Cup mascot is “Zakumi”

Monday night the official 2010 FIFA World Cup mascot was unveiled during a live broadcast of SABC 1’s Coca Cola Soccerzone. The mascot, a green-haired leopard called Zakumi, gets its name from a combination of South Africa’s country code ‘ZA’ and ‘kumi’, meaning ‘ten’ in several African languages.

    Zakhumi tiin chhinchhiah ila, hriat a awl deuh ang. WC Final chu a hmun ngeiah en ve ka tum ang. Dam chuan.

    “Zakumi” a picture a kha ti lang tel ta che u pu editor. A kim lo tlat mai ti ngawt hi chuan….te lo ti ila
