The author of the above post seems out of place in his understanding about the Mizoram Quota. The central Quotas are for either ST or for Mizoram domicile. It is unfortunate that he bracketed the Chakma brothers with Bengali which is ill intended & uncalled for. Chakmas are as much equal citizen & sons of Mizoram soil as any Mizo holding Mizoram citizenship. Hope good senses prevail. Make sure you do not help in loosing the only Quota given by the central govt.
