“To organize the world’s information and make it universally accessible and useful.” is Google’s mission. Youtube wants want to do that for music videos, in 18 months!! BBC news reports that YouTube co-founder Steve Chen told Reuters news agency it was hoped that within 18 months the site would “have every music video ever created”.
There are already dozens of Mizo Music Videos on youtube.com . Searching with keywords suchs as Mizo, Mizoram, Aizawl will get you those vidoes.

Every music video ever created within 18 months? Whoa, that’s one stiff order! And how do they propose to do that? Get subscribers to upload them or do they have some other plan up their sleeve?

Nope.. there are 3rd party website that helps you download videos from youtube or any streaming video. Youtube uses flv (Flash movies) So you need flv player to play it back.
