I just came across this article at Ralvengtu.com aptly titled “Phairama awm mek i fate i hrechiang em?” which someone had pointed me to, on whether parents in Mizoram actually know what their kids do when they’re away from home. I’d say this is more of a universal concern than just Mizo-centric.
Good read. Judiciously written, except for a few easily identifiable examples. My first thought was “What is this guys problem? Live and let live.” It’s just that his concern over the reputation that few isolated incidents, good or bad, can create, is something I’m sure some of us would identify with. Then again, I say, live and let live. Mind your own business if the person you’re dying to lambaste is an adult. Now I also wouldn’t mind being a Negro, for obvious reasons except the color…

i know you would not mind this kind of article unless you are also the same useless, fickle head ..who dont do their reason for staying in other state ……..
why do your family send you to other place …is it their intention to give you the experience of drinking beer in pub or dance ..i dont think so…
this article talk about someone who are depending on the money drip from their parent ..but who dont do their duty…
it dont mention someone who earn their bread and enjoy life/….
so if you feel offended…then look at yourself then you’ll find what a person you are and how people see you…….
most of us might deny..but its a fact…i also come across this kind of things…even a high school hosteller……who is hardly 16 years old….
you may be able to fool your parent….but you can not fool others….
SHIT…..i wonder why some one need to write this kind of article , all behave like a good samaritan in mizoram …it is really sad……

i really like this topic…why in the world people always think that a person is doing wat he is doin just bcoz he/she is away from parents,i certainly dont think it works that way.If a person want to go wild or crazy he/she can do it newhere and at any point of time.If a person is in his/her hometown his parents cannot keep a watch over him all the time,he’s free to do wateve he likes so its totally his own freewill that is impt and make him to the things that he did..So lets take it this way all the boys and girls who is outside Mizoram 4 further studies or carrer..who dont want to attend classes,who involved in sex or drugs or many other things were all sent back home i think they will still be the same person bcoz we cant change their mentality n we cannot control their freewill.They will still indulge in those things in either way.

well…if we are adults,we should be treated as one and make our own mistakes…..and learn from them…just because they are under supervision vack home doesnt mean they wont do things on the sly…they are just more open when they are away from prying eyes…and they learn more…what do u think guys???
