A new search engine called Ms Dewey is here. The site is all in Flash, and is hosted by an animated character named Ms. Dewey. The search results took some time and the UI needs some tweaking. Nevertheless, I had fun : )
It won’t give google a run for its money, but I have to give the creator(s) for their innovation. The site is promoted by Microfost and here’s what they say about it:-
“Who says search can’t be fun? At Windows Live we are constantly exploring new and creative ways to promote our search offering and deliver relevant information in an interesting and engaging way. The Ms. Dewey website is just one example of these efforts.”
I won’t make it my default search engine, but yes, I was wowed.
