BSNL will be offering upto 2 Mbps to all its existing subscribers who were till now getting 256 kbps connection. Airtel is also believed to be sprucing up its infrastructure to provide broadband speed at 1 mbps and higher.
I use a 2 kbps unlimited download connectiong from Airtel.

are you kidding?? you are using 2kbps from airtel.. even dial up has at least 30-56kbps.. dunno airtel has that speed in their offer!!!
