As our resourceful daily weatherman Sandman laments, it’s been raining cats and dogs here all day. The poor souls who chose this day to exchange marriage vows must be shivering in all their bridal finery and ruing their romantic streak. The Archies and Hallmark shoppes are probably still being overrun by weatherproof schoolchildren as usual though, while at Zopar Flowers, which was brightly done up with heart-shaped balloons last evening, they’re probably thanking their lucky stars that it doesn’t take just one day a year to “say it with flowers”
