1. Meghalaya House under construction between Mizoram House and Jharkhand House.

3. Save the best for the last, Mizoram House, New Delhi.
The electric bill for Mizoram House is pretty high, about 6-7 lakhs approx. in a month. One of the staff told me that they got only about 1-2 lakhs from room rentals per month. Every system i.e water cooling system, ACs, Elevators, Intercoms, etc. are taken care in contracts. The elevator in-charges are hired for about 4 lakhs a year for maintenance. 
Expensive, isn’t it??

What’s the cost of Mizoram House in Delhi? How its compere to Jarkhand House!
I heard that Mizoram House cost about Rs 12 Cores whereas Jharkhand House (more beautiful in design, spacious and well managed than Mizoram house) cost only about Rs 4 crores! They are neighbours! Transportation cost can’t be different – land cost excluded in both – what makes Mizoram House cost much more than its neighbouring bulding – CORRUPTION.. i was informed that the Architech who had designed the house is a FRIEND of our CM (i was also informed that CM said this so in his inaugural speech in Mizoram House!)
I was also informed that the new House was badly design? Looks bad as compared to Jharkhand one!
Can someone verify this! CBI?

@ band, i think ya rite abt da cost of mizoram house.. da initial estimate was only rs.6 cr, i dont knw why they hd to spent double da estimate??? an eiru nasa ltk a niang lol! and abt jharkhand house, i heard their initial estimate ws rs.4 cr, bt they too misestimated, and it ws increasd to rs.6 cr (but nt doubled to rs.8 cr).. although i didnt witness it, ive heard dt da lift got mulfnctnd on the day of the inauguratn!!! and let me add, the lift mulfunctioning is no longer a big issue nw bcz it happens to oftn, people gt used to it hehe.. da electric wirings, da quality of plasters used, it’s such a shame!! u guys sit and wait, ill gt u inside pictures of the house dt wd make u feel like kicking our CM’s butt.. and ill also try to learn more abt da contract awarded fr construction of the new house at chanakyapuri, jst to confirm da rumour!!
