New Delhi, Jan 11 (ANI): The Mizoram Annual Plan 2008-09 was finalised here today.
Planning Commission Deputy Chairman Montek Singh Ahluwalia and Mizoram Chief Minister Zoramthanga finalised the Annual Plan at Rs.1,000 crore (Rs 10 billion), including additional Central assistance of Rs 70 crore (Rs 700 million) for projects of special interest to the State.

i dont know Vladimir Putin, £150,000= 150,000*80=?
plus taxes ( double the maount on import taxes)
Even if they can have it, would it not be a shame if your fellow Mizos are starving….
