Typos? Effects or Affects? Just a suggestion.. Would not “Bamboo flowering and Mizoram Economics” be more appropriate for the name/title/topic/project? Also, rather than a doom, bamboo flowering can also be looked as a blessing to make Mizoram economics better? (not in the present context). Just a thought.
