    Pu H. Vangchhia…its very simple….simple mathematics

    Calories balance = Calories burnt-calories intake

    Exercise will burn calories and regular exercise will increase your metabolic rate. Regulating the diet is more important however if you want to lose weight. Use resistance exercise(weights) along with cardio (running, skipping etc)to maximise your health benefit and burn calories. More importantly, enjoy your exercise. I have been exercising regularly for over 10 years and enjoying every minute of it.
