I sincerely feel that format you did for a couple of days, where the latest comment appeared at the bottom, is much better than this current format.
Plus in that format, when replying to other’s comment in the middle, there is much less confusion.

Sandman, I just replied the mail. The shouldn’t be much confusion if people follow the thread. TinyThread module we used does not correctly nest comments which is making it a bit in order sometimes.
“Latest at the bottom” happened by mistake.
