* Having several years of solid experience in action research & rapid assessment of emergency situation.

* Willingness to travel to Mizoram ( Translator will be provided to person unable to communicate in Mizo language)

* Having experience & capacity in networking and coordination with Government, NGOS etc.

* Excellent communication skills in oral and written English

@ Vladmir Putin – Adventist ho an ni, mahse Adventist kher tan a ni lo, mi qualified ber a tan hlawh pang ngai tak pek a ni ang. Kan Sorkar tan emaw Kohran tan a zahthlak lo, Sum hi Developed countries atang a rawn lut tur a ni, Mizoram a rawn luh loh pawh in ram dang ah a lut ang.
