yup the compensation mentioned is CTC…basically for freshers and part timers, however i would request part time applicants not to mention their intention about their short stay as it migh hamper recruitment.

Apologies for my comments in english, but from the qualification requirement stated above, one can expect the work to be somewhat elementary and probably does not need much skill sets.

It’s definitely not for everyone. It might be a humble start but there are a number of people that i have personally come across coming down to b’lore and not able to find work even at malls, restaurants, hotels etc. that too with lesser pay. Lets not forget that there are segments in our society who would be more than happy to work just to make ends meet.

@VaiVa – Exactly my point there. Ni e, rilru puitling tih lamah chuan Bena te sawi kha a dik viau mai. Mahse, the point I’m trying to stress here is that you can’t call a class 10 student a mature adult, generally speaking. Pawl sawm pass ringawt chu ‘puitling’ ah chuan a chhiar theih in ka hre lo. Kum 13-16 an ni tlangpui a, society dan (conventionally speaking) ah chuan puitling an la ni tlat lo ani.

A chunga hna khi 9 to 5 job ania, part time a ni lo tih chu a chiang. Chuvangin, naupang pawl sawm pass ve chauh in a an thawh atan thra ka ti lo ka tihna mai ania. Harsatna te an nei anih loh chuan BA/Bsc/etc tal te han zo ve se, scope pawh a thra zawk ang chu.

Engpawhnise, hetiang consultant ho tam tak hi ka ring lo. They don’t actually give a s**t about you. They just need a way to make some easy money, and considering the countless number of unemployed youths in the country, it’s a big opportunity. When I want a job, part time or full, I just go directly to the company for an interview. And browsing the morning papers helps a lot too.
