    As per provisions of Motor Vehicles Act, it is mandatory to change the Registration number of the vehicle, if the the vehicles is taken to another State. For this change of Registration, NOC has to be obtained from where the vehicle is registered.

    eee o ! thil k hriat ve chu! NOC neih pohin Delhi a register na area a Police no objection cirtificate(not stolen) poh an demand maithei??! mase tuna chuan an ti toh lo mai thei?? a chan chu Internet through in an varify thei toh anga!

    Mizoram a register engati ne i tum kher le! a documents a fel chuan tha vek nimai lawm! Documents kha genuine a nih chuan, transfer kher a ngailo! :-)
