Politics is all about impossible made possible. According to extremely reliable sources within Congress and Mizo National Front, serious rounds of discussions were held between representatives of the two parties to explore the possibilities of a forming Mizo National Congress in the next few days.
Home Minister R Lalzirliana is acting as coordinator between MNF president Pu Zoramthanga and Chief Minister Pu Lal Thanhawla who were gunning for each other’s head in recent months.
“The main aim of the party would be to find a solution to existing problems of the Mizo people and their unfulfilled dreams besides bringing unity in politics,” said Congress source.
