1) What’s the disk antennae on the roof doing? Hotline to God 
2) Since a local magazine with picture of CM’s farm house got into trouble, how legal/illegal/dangerous it is to post the official residence of the CM for public viewing? Am I in safe hands? Haven?

Confirmation received today. The red roofed bungalow is the CM’s and the pretty multi-storeyed beige white house below it belongs to Minister Lalrinchhana.
