In an encouraging achievement, young Mizo footballer David Lalrinawma has signed a prestigious contract with sportswear giant NIKE to become the youngest Indian footballer to have signed such a big deal.
David, a 14-year-old Mohun Bagan Academy’s student, will be the grand ambassador of the global company for the next three years. He would be paid Rs 1 lakh per year, plus the expenses for training in football.
