3.Locto-ovo vegetarian= Bawnghnute,artui & khuaizu an ei.
4.Vegan= sa hrim hrim leh rannung atang thil chhuak reng reng an ei lo & an hmang lo. e.g: khuaizu, gelatine,dairy,eggs. Savun, sahmul thawmhnaw pawh an ha or hmang ngai lo.
Semi-vegetarian= an ni ho hian vegetarian ho ei angin thlai an ei nasa viau a, mahse a khat tawkin sangha leh arva sa(poultry) an ei thin.
